12 Robey Street

This project was build on a very small block with an urban shopping village precinct, so space was an issue. The block was approx, 400m2 and we designed a high quality two story 3 bedroom residence with single garage and rear landscaped entertaining area. We incorporated natural stone as a feature to the front facade, and also fitted the main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe.

This property had a construction cost of $580,000.
