"We used a Hawaiian theme throughout, with lots of heavy-duty stained timber posts and beams all hand crafted by our in-house carpentry team, who carefully mortise and tenon each beam and post to give a superior quality finish and long term durability. We had 7 metre palms craned in to give a beautiful tropical resort feel. We incorporated every known luxury in this project and the results were amazing."

This property sold for $3.35 million upon completion and had a construction cost of $1.75 million.
